This hotel shows as 2 star in sone websites, definitely a 3 star in my opinion. Clean, comfortable, spacious lobby, good facilities. No on-site parking, but I found space in the next street to park, and the car was ok for 3 days. Good size room, breakfast not very exciting..but ok. Excellent location, 5 mins walk to subway. Will use next time.

The area where it’s located it’s really nice with lots to do around and close to the subway. The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. I specifically want to thank one of the receptionists, she went above and beyond making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

I LIKED HOW QUIET OUR ROOM WAS EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A VERY BUSY LOCATION. THEY ROOM AND HOTEL WERE VERY CLEAN. THEY KEPT THE BREAKFAST AREA CLEAN AND STOCKED. THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT.

The staff are excellent. The front desk and the manager are top notch. The location is great. Easy and close access to buses and metro stations. Very near a shopping area. The staff were very helpful and professional. The cleaning crew were very helpful and always there to help.

The location was a great surprise. I had never been to Bay Ridge before. It was much more relaxed and residential, filled with intriguing restaurants. The hotel was clean and convenient, neat a subway line with easy access to other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Rodent infestation is astonishing. Staff (non) response was even more astonishing. Stayed in many NYC hotels. Never had a mouse actually in my room. Choose carefully. Also, the breakfast is horrible. Fake eggs. Lousy coffee. No fruit. Hard pass!!!

The breakfast was poor not many options to choose from. The room was a bit small and when someone is walking in the coridore you can feel the vibración in the room.

I like the way how the hotel room looks and smell clean. I travel a few times a year and the smell of the rooms always turns me off, but this time it met my expectations. The breakfast was good, and the dining area is clean. I would stay there again.
